A.
NTSC and PAL are 2 different types of video formats. NTSC are playable in almost any American DVD players and PAL are playable in Europe DVD players. But that doesn't mean that if you live in America that you wont be able to play PAL DVDs. Some DVD players can play both kinds of DVD formats. Please make sure your DVD player is capable of playing the DVD format of the DVD you'll buy.

Q. The DVD I purchased does not play in my DVD player. What can I do to solve the problem ?

A.
In order to make sure the DVD we sent is not defective, please try it in your computer. If it plays properly, it means the DVD we sent is in good condition. If this is the case, you might have selected a DVD format (PAL or NTSC) that is not playable by your DVD player. Please refer to the question "What means NTSC and PAL Format?" in the FAQ section. In the item description page, the format of the DVD is always listed to help you choose the DVD format that your DVD player will be able to play. If the DVD item you ordered is a PAL and your DVD player is only able to play NTSC formats or vice versa, please send us an email and we will try to work something out. We can make a manual conversion (from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL) and send you a converted copy of the DVD which takes care of the problem more than 80% of the time.
